Since May 11, 2011, Speakasia is under investigation under different government agencies and finally the case is under Indian jurisdiction. We all know the sequence of dates which has been given by Honorable Indian Courts and their results.
Let me explain the Speakasia in current scenario:
1) Nov /14 – Supreme court hearing.
2) Nov /16 – Criminal PIL (Mumbai High Court)
3) Nov /16 – AISPA association PIL (Expected)
Mumbai High Court Decision – Raigarh Case
Nov 8 Mumbai High Court confirmed bail to all the accused in Raigarh issue. NOBODY IS UNDER COSTODY.
