There is hearing for bail application of Mr. Melvin Cresto on 7th Dec 2011 and Mr. Ashish Dandekar on 9th Dec 2011. at Quila court
Mediation meeting is on 12th Dec 2011. if govt body appear then all thing will be clear there itself and website will be asked from EOW, depending on discussion it could be the last meeting or 1-2 more. if govt. body don't appear then it will be the last meeting of mediation. After the meeting Just. Lahotiji will be preparing the report, he might take 2-3 days for that and then he will be submitting the report in Hon. Supreme Court. But the supreme court is close between 20 Dec to 5 jan, so if the hearing takes place before 20 Dec the exit payout will come in Dec, or if the hearing date goes in Jan then exit payout will be in Jan.
There is good news for speakasians that the company has now completed its work in Bangladesh and coming up with a new website for Bangladesh .
The Name of website and Date of opening is not disclosed yet.
