RBI has issued new circular regarding foreign accounts trasacting in India.

RBI has redesigned its policy for the foreign account holder to transact in Rupees on today. It is a very good sign towards our operations.

Supreme Court's direction to RBI in Speak Asia case..

Dear Speak asia,


Please go through the order page of the Supreme Court given on 16th Jan, 2012 in SAOL matter in this article. In this order the apex court has ordered the Reserve Bank of India to file an affidavit within a period of two weeks. And now the hearing is listed on 6th Feb, 2012. We would like to draw your attention to an E mail communication dated 14th December, 2011, in which RBI has written to the company saying that the RBI has not placed any restrictions on the company bringing in money through proper banking channels, Further RBI has not placed any restrictions to pay any money to the panelists in accordance to law.


With this clarification from the RBI the way is cleared for the company to bring in the money for the panelists and is now only dependent on getting the requisite clearance from the Supreme Court. From this email communication we can be confident that the RBI's report to SC will definitely be positive. And once the RBI files an affidavit, and the SC gives an order based upon it, then the way will be clear for SAOL to distribute the money to the panelist and probably restart the business once again in full fledged manner.


Lets stay united in this last lap of victory.

Supreme Court updates 16/01/2012...

Supreme Court updates : Next hearing is on 30-January-2012

Next hearing on 30th Jan, it has its reason behind. as according to Lahoti ji report, we have clean chit clearences from RBI and CBDT respectively, but still EOW said negatively, but since EOW has no proofs to deny us, so he is not heard.
but Union of India through Ministry of finance, which is represented by Additional Solicitor General, was not present in any hearing and even didnt showed up in mediation process, and asked for report on 9th jan, now its reply on reply and matter is important, for establishing buziness in india, court can take Ex-Parte decision but for that also some minimum time frame needs to be given in time to party, according to Law.


so, matter is almost clear, just that Union of India reply is in wait. the sooner they reply is better. otherwise Ex-Parte will give decision in our favour, which is obvious.

Bail granted to AISPA president Mr. Melvin Cresto and Mr.  Ashish Dandekar but they are unable to come out because of so many formalities in paperwork,  It was not a cash bail. Now EOW is interrogating Mr. Ashok Bahirwani.
Many people spreading a very big blasting “RUMOR” that business module will change I assure you all that this is Just a “RUMOR” nothing else ..So do not pay attention and do not panic about …nothing is like that, some time before i also informed about the same…in my previous post Say to those who are telling u that please do not spread rumors ..now enough…Stop this please

Speak Asia's supreme court hearing on 9th January, 2012......

Dear Speakasia,

Following are the latest updates on Speak Asia:

1. Today all the concerned parties to the case like RBI, EOW, CBDT, SAOL and others were been represented by their lawyers in court room. This was the major happening in the court room today where each and every party was present.

2. These Parties said to the court that they are unaware of the content of the mediation report submitted by Honorable Justice R. C. Lahoti to the Supreme Court, hence its difficult for them to give any decisions as they have not read the report yet.

3. Honorable Judges of Supreme Court has given orders to provide mediation report to all the Parties as soon as possible.

4. Now next hearing is fixed on Next Monday i.e. 16th Jan, 2012.

5. In the meanwhile the speakasiaonline.com website is back and operational once again. But as per the officials of SAOL the site is still with the EOW and has not been given back to Speak Asia management. The RPs which has got credited on 5th January, 2012 in your respective E-Vallets is the result of an automated process in the website and any operation has not been performed on the website from the SAOL technical team yet.

Friends ! the time to celebrate has not come yet. So there is nothing to get very excited. We need to wait for next Supreme Court hearing on 16th January, 2012. But from our continuous interactions with various authentic resources, Lawyers and SAOL officials one fact we can assure you all that our victory is not too far and we are surely going to see the business of Speak Asia getting normalized very soon. At this last phase of battle lets not get panic and wait for the next Supreme Court hearing.

There was a light of happiness sparkling on every speakasia’s face as the website got fully operational, this was really good sign for the comeback of speak asia,
but the website again goes unresponsive, i request everybody not to panic coz it will again be back by tomorrow evening.
  1) Website: Currently website is under CBDT for data transfer, by to...morrow evening website will be back again, so nothing to worry about.
  2) Franchise Accounts: From 7th jan on wards all franchise accounts will be DFREEZE’S by RBI
  3) Payment: From 9th jan company is starting the EXIT payment and from 15th company is stating remaining RP’S payment.
  4) Advertisement: Keep your eyes open company is planing for HUGE add campaign from 9th jan.
  5) Bail granted to Malwyn Crasto and Ashish Dandekar, soon both will be out.
   IMP: Breaking news is coming that all charges has been removed from speak asia showed on CNBC.

1. Speak Asia got their all Goods (Electronic goods those what they wanted to sell through speakasia online) from Customs house of Mumbai.


2. All freezed account is going to defreezed by RBI statewise and for that All Franchise Managers are collecting Accounts details from Franchisee holders and given permission for the payment of DUES and the EXIT.


3. With in short period of time all arrested person will get bail from court.


4. Lahoti ji is going to submit his Mediation Report in front of SC on 3rd Jan 2012.


5. The Hearing on report will be Held on 9th Jan 2012.


6. EOW already has given permission for the restart of the Business.


7. Before 19th Jan Company is going to resume its business in a full swing.


8. Company is also going to start an ADD Campaign from the first weak of Jan 2012.
